MARCH UPDATE

First of all, I would like to thank everyone who has had a part in the ministry in Haiti, either financially or through prayer. I cannot tell you enough how vital you have been to the daily work that goes on. It is awesome to see how God has taken people from all over the U.S. and brought us together with one common goal: to glorify Jesus through our kids in Haiti.

The kids are continuing to thrive in their new environment. They are now an influential part of the community of Aquin. This is a miracle considering they have only been here for a little over three months. They are doing great in school, and they absolutely love getting up and going to learn everyday.

The Wednesday night youth service that the kids have started is thriving! They had a burden to reach out to other kids in their commmunity and decided to start their own church service. They are completely leading the whole service and are consistently averaging 40-50 kids every week. It's great to see how the kids have caught the vision of Project 127: to help others in need.

We will be taking three mission groups to the orphanage this summer. The first group is a family/work group, and will be going on June 11th-18th. The second group is a family group and will be going June 18th-25th. The third group is a teen/young adult group and will be going the first week of August. If anyone is interested in going on a trip to Haiti, or perhaps scheduling your church group to go, send me and email.

Again, we are so excited to see how God is changing lives both in Haiti and in the U.S. If you would like to help in any way, send me an email. We would love to come and share an update on our ministry in Haiti with you!

NEW HAITI SHIRTS

We just got some new Haiti t-shirts printed. If anyone wants to purchase one, email me at steve@project127.org. They are $10, plus shipping if you need them shipped. We have various sizes, and also some available in orange. All the proceeds will go towards the orphanage in Haiti.
The pictures aren't great, but they give you an idea. Under Project 127 it says, "Nou gen espwa nan Jezi," which means "We have hope in Jesus."
